How One Coach’s Insight Grew

Carrie began her work in 2016. as a leadership coach with a simple observation: Leaders didn’t just need more skills. They needed energy alignment— the clarity, self-awareness, and presence to lead from a grounded, authentic place. As demand grew, one truth became clear: Transforming leadership takes more than one coach. It takes a team.
Carrie expanded CareerFrame from a solo practice into a leadership consulting firm built on strengths, energy, and deep awareness and supported by a diverse coaching team who bring this work to life at scale. Today, CareerFrame is a team of coaches, facilitators, and strategists who deliver a shared mission with consistency, depth, and heart.

A proud Native American, mother, and yoga enthusiast, she brings curiosity and humanity into every engagement.
