“If I could do absolutely anything, what would it be?” This was the question I asked myself in the early days. As a mother of two young kids having recently left the corporate world, the answer came immediately: I loved leadership development and wanted to help executives and leaders who lacked an honest, objective voice in their careers.
Before launching my coaching and consulting business in 2016, I worked for companies like Google, Travelocity, Sabre, Travel Leaders Corporate, and several exciting startups. My corporate experience, combined with my passion for human growth, laid the foundation for my business.
And, like the leaders and organizations I now support, my journey to success was far from linear. My biggest obstacle? Myself. I had to do the inner work, so I hired coaches, attended countless seminars, and devoured every book I could find.
This personal journey, combined with many high-stakes leadership moments, fuels my deep passion for helping others. Leadership at this level is equally about personal growth and navigating critical decisions that impact entire teams and organizations. I’m committed to empowering leaders to achieve breakthroughs that transform both their careers and their personal lives.
Now, I bring my real-world corporate experience to my coaching practice. I’m certified in Clifton Strengths®, Situational Leadership® Essentials, EQ-i Emotional Intelligence, and have completed countless hours of training in negotiation, conflict management, human behavior, and mindset. Coupled with my passion, these tools allow me to guide individuals and teams toward reaching their full potential.
